Maximum Liability Cap

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without reference to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

VEGA may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability
